We understand the high importance of time-sensitive shipment as this is a high priority unto us to always aim to strive forward and meet your expectations.
If you place your order before 5pm the latest ,the order will automatically be processed the next business day, it will then be passed on to customer service before being dispatched from our partner warehouses within 24 - 48 hours.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking reference number is automatically provided and will be sent to your email address or your contact number. This reference will make it convenient for you to monitor all the activities of your package at ease.
On the day of the delivery you will receive live time tracking or a text message from your courier with the estimated time and date in advance to let you know when your delivery is onthe way and expected to arrive at your destination.
When delivering your item, some couriers services may require a E-signature from the recipient upon arrival for validation of delivery.In case nobody is home to receive your order, depending on the size of the item , your courier service may provide the following alternative options :
- Drop it at your doorstep or in the letterbox
- Contact you to arrange and leave it at yours neighbours
- Contact your mobile number or send you a link to reschedule a new delivery date
- Leave a mini card in your letter box for you to pickup your parcel at your nearest collection hub point.
If your item is missing during the transit stages 15 days after the allocated time frame of expected arrival, you can check with the provided courier service and contact their customer service number directly to report the issue. Alternatively you can also contact us at enquiries@faithacle.com to help you with your order query. In case you decide to change your mind and amend your order we will be happy to assist you.
Returns delivery
For product returns, drop your returns to the listed address when necessary, we cover the fees provided that the correct address is communicated on time by you the customer in order to avoid order issues with the couriers when picking up your item and to also avoid any prolonged delays in processing your returns.
